Nepal is an incredible country with incredible people. MountainChild is a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness, resources and financial aid for humanitarian work carried out amongst the impoverished children living in the remote villages of the Himalayas.
After the recent earthquakes, I was asked to create a logo and art to help launch an enduring campaign to support the victims of the quake. The concept was to incorporate aspects of Nepal, while keeping it lighthearted.
One of MountainChild's 5 core issues is to educate and create awareness of human trafficking in the area. Previous to the earthquake, I was asked to create a series of posters that could be installed anywhere from Kathmandu to trekking huts to help create awareness. (photography credit: Josh Duncan)
